I help coach my son in baseball and am
learning to help coach my daughters in basketball. I also do a little
public address announcing at my kids’ high school when no other volunteers can
be found. Because these callings do not
pay my bills, I sell construction services for a general contractor in Atlanta,
GA.
With 20 years of professional experience, I have held
positions in both operations and sales.
From managing staffs of people in multiple locations, to selling
products and services across the country, I have faced tons of situations where
I have had to make decisions and/or execute plans to further business. My formal education prepared me for only a
portion of what I have encountered in the work-world. Most of what I have learned has come from my own
experiences, and my own mistakes.
I try, whenever possible, to learn from others. If any of my experiences can help someone
else, I’m glad for that. That is why I
share them here in my little corner of the cyber world.
